BPSC has published a circular for 37th BCS Exam.
Some 1,226 Class I government officials would be appointed under different cadres through 37th BCS. Of them, 300 will be recruited for the administration cadre while and 100 for the police cadre.
PSC’s examination controller AEM Nesaruddin (cadre) said candidates can submit application from March 31 to May 2.
36th BCS preliminary exam result has been published by BPSC (www.bpsc.gov.bd).
36 BCS preli result was out on Wednesday Feb 10, with 13,830 candidates passing the preliminary test, which was held on 8 January, 2016 where 2, 11,326 candidates appeared.
The schedule for the next phase in the 36th BCS recruitment, written exams, will be issued later by BPSC.

35th BCS Exam 2014 Result has been published on January 13, 2016 by Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC). A total of 6,088 candidates has been passed the 35th BCS Written Exam 2014 out of 20,391 appeared candidates who had passed the 35th BCS Preliminary Exam 2014. A total of 2,44,107 candidates were attended the 35th BCS Preliminary Exam 2014 for 1,803 vacant jobs.
Candidates who have successfully pased the 35th BCS Written Exam 2014, need to face viva exam, due to start from January 31, 2016. More details on 35th BCS Viva Interview will be available on news media soon.
BPSC will not send any admit cards for the 35th BCS Viva Exam. Admit Cards for 35th BCS Viva Exam will be available only on BPSC.GOV.BD .
35th BCS Viva candidates should Download their admit cards online, once the viva dates are confirmed.
Bishwa Ijtema 2016 2nd part will begin on Friday Jan 15 and ends on Sunday Jan 17 with the Akheri Munajat. Tabligh Jamat persons from 16 districts will participate in the 2nd part of Bishawa Ijtema 2016.
Bishwa Ijtema has been divided in to four parts, two parts each year. Rest of the 32 district persons will join Bishwa Ijtema 2017.

The second phase of 3-day Biswa Ijtema 2016 will be concluded on Sunday January 17, 2016 with the offering of Akheri Munajat 2016, also known as ‘The Concluding Prayers’, seeking spiritual well-being and welfare of the Muslim Ummah. Biswa Ijtema is the second largest Muslim congregation in the world after the Hajj.
Noted Indian scholar Mawlana Muhammad Saad is expected to lead the Akheri Munajat 2016, starting around 11:00am. Before the Akheri Monajat, he will deliver a sermon on the importance of Islam based on the Quran and Hadith.
The second phase of Bishwa Ijtema 2016 started on 15th January and conclude on 17th January with the Akheri Munajat. For the first time, the Bishwa Ijtema is being held in four phases in two years.
People from 33 districts, including Dhaka, are taking part in the first two phases of Ijtema 2016, while those from the remaining 32 districts, also including Dhaka, will participate in the other two phases of Bishwa Ijtema next year.
Tablighi Jamaat has been organizing Biswa Ijtema, also called the World Muslims’ Congregation, every year since 1946. In 2011, the organizers had split the Bishwa Ijtema into two phases to deal with overcrowding, ensure better management and security.
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (www.bpsc.gov.bd) has published 36th BCS Preliminary Test Seat Plan, , Timetable & Instructions for candidates.
A total of 211,326 candidates are taking the 36th BCS Preliminary Test on Friday, Jan 8, 2016.
Candidates who will pass the 36th BCS Preliminary Test will have to attend written test, then viva, and medical checkup, and finally a total of 2,180 will be appointed as first-class gazetted officer in the 36th BCS cadres.
36th BCS Preliminary Test will be held from 9:30am to 11:30am at 162 BCS Exam Center across the country.
The BPSC has already banned the use of watches along with calculators in the 36th BCS Preliminary Test.
36th BCS Preliminary Test Seat Plan for Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet & Rangpur centers are given below. To 161 centers will hold the 36th BCS Preliminary Test 2015.
National University/NU 1st Year Honors Exam 2015 Routine has been published on Jan 06, 2016. NU 1st Year Honors Exam 2015 will start on Saturday February 06, 2016 and end on March 14, 2016.
Regular students of NU 1st year 2014-15 session & irregular students from session 2013-14 can appear in this exam. as per NU 1st Year Honors Exam Routine 2015, all subject exam will start at 01:00pm.
