Bangladesh U19 vs Zimbabwe U19 Youth ODI series 2015 will held from Nov 10 to Nov 16 in Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium (ZACS) in Chittagong.
Zimbabwe Under 19 team will reach Dhaka on Nov 7 and fly to Chittagong on the same day. After two days of practice, Bangladesh U19 vs Zimbabwe U19 1st Youth ODI match will start on Nov 10. BAN U19 vs ZIM U19 2nd & 3rd ODI will be held on Nov 12 & Nov 14. Zimbabwe U19 youth team will end their tour of Bangladesh with the 4th 7 final youth ODI on Nov 16.
Bangladesh U19 vs Zimbabwe U19 ODI series will help both team preparing for next years ICC U19 World Cup 2016 in Bangladesh from January 22 to February 14, 2016.
On Nov 7, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a strong Bangladesh Under-19 National Cricket Team for the 4 match ODI series against the Zimbabwe Under-19 youth team. BCB has picked Mehidy Hassan Miraz as captain and Najmul Hossain Shanto as vice-captain.
After the Bangladesh tour, Zimbabwe U19 team will fly to India for a 5 match ODI series against India U19 team. Bangladesh Under 19 youth team also tour India to play a tri-series against Afghanistan and the host India. All the matches of the tr-series will be played in Kolkata.
